Train
Live, hands-on Nextflow and nf-core courses for teams and cohorts, with session recordings and complimentary seats for eligible participants.

We turn a lab’s scripts into a reproducible, documented and portable pipeline that your team owns and can run anywhere.
Assess
Evidence review for health technology assessment (HTA) of AI and digital health tools. It includes an independent reproducibility check and a review of the data against a minimal standard for representativeness and equity: who is in the data, who is missing, and what that means for the claims made.
Advise
Strategic guidance on AI evidence, data workflows and public health innovation, by session or on retainer.

Our training uses Nextflow, the open-source workflow manager, and community pipelines from nf-core. Reproducibility, portability and scale apply from plain text files to multi-omics, and every track is built on open code that participants run, adapt and keep.
